Brace yourselves for what has unsurprisingly become our most photo-flooded blog post so far. This is what happens when artists get married. Most of the time, they put A LOT of attention on the little details of their wedding day. Such can be said with fellow photographers Josephine Sicad and Brian Minerva’s church union last July 28th. A vintage-themed wedding they wanted, a vintage-themed wedding they got!
In collaboration with wedding specialist Tisha Mae Cue, the little details that Jhoe pictured in her head for her special day majestically came to vivid life in all its rustic glory. The reception venue, Vista Mar Beach Resort and Country Club, was transformed from a typical beach clubhouse to a whimsical vintage wonderland! If creativity had a face, we’d find your faces next to it in the dictionary. Great job you guys!
Of course, details only contribute so much to making a wedding day as special as possible. Brian and Josephine didn’t have any problems in creating a positive atmosphere that day. With their giddy personalities in addition to a fun bunch of close friends and family members, their celebration was the farthest from dull as possible. A few tears here and there, emotions on high, laughter in great supply throughout that day, one could almost certainly assure that these two wouldn’t mind renewing their vows every year if only to experience it all all over again. Mother nature even wanted it to rain that day. But she was kind enough to hold it off up until the reception came to an end. This was one dream wedding that could generate talk for many more years to come.
